How it works
Peptides sold as "research chemicals, not for human consumption" sit outside pharmaceutical regulation entirely. There is no requirement for identity testing, purity, sterility, endotoxin limits or accurate labelling, and no recall mechanism when something is wrong.
How it's used
If you are going to ignore the advice not to use these, the harm-reduction basics are: assume the label is wrong, understand that third-party testing certificates are trivially forged, never share needles, use sterile technique, and tell any doctor treating you exactly what you have taken. Better: take the specific outcome you want to a clinician and ask what has actual evidence behind it — a surprising amount does.
